Gökalta Express provides transportation, freight forwarding, and logistics services subject to applicable national and international regulations. All shipments are accepted under the terms specified in individual service agreements, quotations, or invoices.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate shipment information

• Ensure goods are properly packaged and labeled

• Comply with customs and legal requirements

• Not ship prohibited or restricted items

The Company reserves the right to refuse shipments that violate laws or safety standards.

4. Liability

Liability for loss, delay, or damage is limited to the value declared at the time of shipment and subject to applicable transport conventions and local regulations. Gökalta shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Force Majeure

Gökalta is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, customs delays, strikes, regulatory actions, or transportation disruptions.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid according to agreed contractual terms. Late payments may incur penalties or service suspension.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts within Türkiye.
